Sexual Peak: Reader Response
Okay, I've been thinking about this subject for the past few weeks and I was just fixin' to write about it when I ran across your article "Conquering the Sexual Peak." Now, I will admit that I agree with most of what you said and I can add something you didn't mention...reproduction. The initial reason for having sex is to reproduce. Thirty-something women can have babies, but it's still kinda on the old end of the childbearing age scale. And 18-year-old guys are certainly not ready to be fathers, at least the 18-year-old guys I've known. =P So, my question is, where does reproduction fit in with our sexual peaks? *shrugs*

Well, that wasn't the point of writing you. ;) I decided I *had* to write because of the following sentence from your article:

"As for a 30 something women looking to hook up with a man in his prime, she's pushing her chances with the law."

What the hell? How would she be pushing her chances with the law? Granted, the legal age of consent does vary state by state, but correct me if I'm wrong, 18 is legally an adult in all 50 states. A thirty-something woman can have all the sex she wants with her willing 18-year-old lover and the 'law' can't say jack. So, again, I ask you how are they pushing their chances?

One other side note I'd like to add here, I know I'm not alone in finding it extremely appealing to have a young lover. Chances are they haven't been 'trained' or set in their ways. They are such wonderful 'students' and want to learn how to please us. As I'm getting older, I am finding 18-22 year olds very desirable. ;)

Well, thanks for letting me give you my two cents!

Sincerely,

April
'A thirty-something woman'
