Man I've got to tell you, it is a stressful time. I was originally going to write about the impending war we are all about to witness. Or I had thought about writing about how stressful the holidays are. I mean is it just me or are you not fighting with everyone you are close to? I mean the holidays just bring out the worst in people and man I was all ready to go off on that.

However, I sat myself down at my trusty pc and while getting ready I threw in the new Rolling Stones compilation Forty Licks. Holy fuck man, this shit just rocks! Now don't get me down, I know all these songs its just that I guess I hadn't listened to some of them in awhile and this little CD pulls them all nicely together. And now like that, I'm in a fantastic mood. Maybe it's just me, I mean a good rock and roll song can pull me out of just about any mood. But man, the stones just make everything seem all right.

I just can' describe the sheer joy of sitting here singing along with Mick and the boys. IIIII knoww, its only rock and roll but I like it, like it, yes I do.

I guess what I'm really saying is that lets all just try and find that one thing that keeps us sane. Maybe for you it's cigarettes, or pot, or reading or painting. Let's all just try and keep calm and get through these holidays together. Our world is changing, who knows what the future is going to bring, let's be thankful that we all have this time together, appreciate each other and maybe some good will towards man.

So from me to you, mine to yours, be safe, happy holidays, lets all try and be a bit better to each other.
