I'm like an artist, instead of a canvas and paint I have a computer screen and words. Now some artists use bold colors or designs for different effects, well I use bold words. Or, as Spock says in The Voyage Home "colorful adjectives."
Now the problems is though, that swear words just aren't as offensive as they used to be. Let me give you some examples.
FUCK.
Now see there is my favorite word, I love to use it. I just think it's
a great sounding word. I can wrap that word around just about any sentence.
As I'm sure most of you know by now. But I mean it's just not offensive
anymore. NYPD Blue uses this word all the time and that is primetime NBC.
Face it people, fuck just doesn't do it for anyone anymore.
Now sure you've got COCKSUCKER and MOTHERFUCKER, but come on really? I mean lets think what we are saying to someone when we say that to them.
"You cocksucker." = "You like to suck on cocks, and probably like to swallow."
Now that is fine, if you happen to like to suck on cock, but for those of us in the non sucking cock population that is pretty offensive. But do you ever see anyone get that upset if you call them one of these? No, it's just accepted.
"Motherfucker!" = "You like to fuck mothers, and maybe your own mother."
Now this is just plain offensive on so many levels, but do we throw fists or represent when we call each other mother fuckers? When Sam Jackson said, "I'm a mushroom cloud mother fucker, motherfucker," were we offended? Hell no, it's just some great slang.
So hence there is only one real swear word left. And here it comes…
CUNT.
Yup, there it is. The only real offensive word left in the English Dictionary.

Well I don't know if I agree with the second bullet point, I mean sexual intercourse with a woman? And the sub points there are just because people are offended by it. So the real meaning of the word is the first point, the female genitalia. I mean is that so offensive as being called a fucker of mothers? Or a sucker of cocks? Personally I find the female genitalia very lovely and happen to spend a lot of time around them.
